1. Service Scope
By signing up, you authorize Taxpire to assist in filing your ITR based on the information you provide. Accuracy of documents and data shared is your responsibility.
2. 48-Hour Filing Guarantee
If your ITR is not filed within 48 business hours from the time all complete documents and payment are received, you’re eligible for a ₹500 cashback.
Conditions:
Timer starts after all documents and payment are submitted
Offer excludes government portal downtime or client-caused delays
Cashback is processed within 7 working days via UPI or bank transfer
3. Promotional Offers
Any bonus (e.g. ₹250 Amazon gift card) is subject to:
Timely filing during the campaign period
One-time use per client
Cannot be exchanged or combined with other offers
4. Refunds
Our services are non-refundable unless covered under the 48-hour guarantee clause. Any dissatisfaction not covered by this clause will be reviewed case-by-case.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for tax notices or penalties resulting from incorrect, false, or incomplete data provided by the client.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and designs on the site are the property of Taxpire and cannot be copied or used without permission
